Before we deam Sean to be an open-minded judge, I'd like to hear his ideas on
how many good (or bad) answers an affirmative needs to make on Topicality to
win the argument (I suspect the answer is between none and one!)

While I'm ripping on him..... isn't it a great demonstration of bureaucracy
and government waste that a person can spend his time on the CEDA E-Mail list
and get paid to do it by us, the taxpayers!
