   I do not know if Linda keeps records, and I know she is not on the
list, but UMKC's tournament has done the 8-3-6 thing before I am pretty
sure. My second and third year at UMKC I remember us playing with time
formats in order to increases depth of analysis and decrease pure evidence
reading. It was our suspicion that by leaving the minute off the
constructives and adding it in the rebuttals people would have more time
to make actual arguments and comparisons in the 1ar instead of just group
and extend. Does any one remember these days and care to comment? ANyone
have the old cumes to do Allan's study? I would search for them but my
stats knowledge is limited to knowing there is such a thing as
significance not how to figure it out :).

P.S.  Hasn't the CEDA side of HEART played with times before as well?
