[Re: 9-3-6 no! 8-3-6 yes!]

Ok,
Please excuse me (again) for my utter bureacratic ignorance, but are
these debates (here) just to get *some* tournament sponsors to adopt, er
experiment with, 8-3-6 or 9-3-6 (relative/confined autocracy), so that
debaters, coaches, and judges can give feedback on the differences, or
must there be an official (controlled chaos/democracy) CEDA vote, by
region, to give the ok, or is there an all-out coup attempt? In other
words, to *progress* from here, and from last season's equivalent
debate, what can or must be done?

BTW just yanking you on that last post, Bear.
