Please send changes to me; directly to me.  Just to be on the safe side,
I'll make changes in the calendar only when the message is sent directly to
me, as opposed to posted on a listserve.  That way, I won't overlook one
change but catch another on the Ls.  

Please let me know about errors, changes additions directly, BUT DO NOT
SIMPLY HIT THE REPLY COMMAND.  I received over 30 replys to the last
calendar posting, most using the reply function.  I think each of you can
tolerate a large posting once.  I get 20 to 30, and downloading them is a
time suck I could live with out.  I appreciate your help.

	1996-97 Calendar of CEDA Tournaments

To be CEDA sanctioned:
1. The tournament must be listed on the Calendar of CEDA Tournaments.  
2. The tournament director must apply for sanctioning at least 60 days in
advance of the tournament.  
3. The tournament must use the CEDA topic.
4. The tournament must follow CEDA division requirements (or stricter ones).
The director must publish division requirements in the tournament invitation.
5. The tournament must uphold the principles of the Statement on
Discrimination and Sexual Harassment and the Statement on Ethical
Principles.  The tournament invitation should reflect this intent.  
6.  The director must transmit tournament results (school names, team names,
preliminary win-loss results by round, elimination win-loss results by
round) to the Executive-Secretary WITHIN TWO WEEKS after the tournaments ends.  
7. Santioned tournaments may begin no sooner than the third Friday of
September.
