CEDA Redistricting

This post is intended for members of the sothern california region as 
defined by ceda and for anyone interested in having a voice in the 
creation of potential redistricting options for ceda.

Steve Hunt has asked the regional reps to propose redistricting 
alternatives.  My understanding is that we are trying to create a better 
sense of balance.  If you are interested in helping with this project 
please send me your address so that we can begin to dialogue.
