PHD programs

I am still gathering information out of curiousity. What schools have an 
PHD program in communication and the following:
1. An active debate program
2. A sequence of courses in argumentation and debate esp. argumentation 
theory at the graduate level
3. Assistantships in forensics
4. A course in directing forensics.
