racism and discrim. study

Thank you to all of you have returned my survey concerning the diversity
of CEDA/NDT.  However, I have only received 43 out of approx. 200 that I
mailed out.  I know this is a busy time of year, but please, if you have
not mailed my survey back, please do so!  I would like to get a better
response rate, especially considering the concern many of you seem to have
about race and discrimination.  It's a short survey, and shouldn't take
too long to fill out.  If you would prefer the email version, please let
me know.  Thanks!
