re: I think thta perhaps you need to read Slushers argument.
NEvertheless, I agree that many aff's will want to differ to this type of
D-rule, perhaps even in greater degree if I (a person of color) is in the
room. HOwever, I'm not sure how persuasive this would be with impact turns
of greater victimization, issues of economic decline, increased racism or
even a daddy of a disad that takes into account the fire that can insue
from these issues being put forth from the top up. I would encourage those
who are on the affirmative to be careful of what the moral high ground id,
these issues are hotly contested within the minority communities
themselves, which to an extent means that we should look at policy versus
disad comaprison. Al Madrid
