non academic assistant position

An assistant debate coach position is available at Marist College.  This
position is not a graduate assisantship.  I have just started at Marist and
am looking for someone who can help me build a very competitive team.  We
have a budget that would allow us to travel anywhere.  I am hoping to have a
team of about 10-12 students.  At this point it looks like they will be
mostly recruited from the incoming freshmen class, there are some returning
students (4).

Marist College is in Poughkeepsie, New York.  We are about two hours north
of New York City on the Hudson River.  This part of New York is very
beautiful, the Catskills start right across the river.

The position would require traveling to two tournaments a month, watching
practice debates, and doing some research.  The salary would be between
$5,000-6,000.  The position would require working from September until the
end of the season.
