re:extremist accusations
Mark Whitney says:

>"Hey Zack, let's go have a beer," and your only reply is to turn your back

True, but not analagous. There was a thread over the actual
merits of MPJ to which I was contributing. I don't have to be
dragged over to the thread you demand or face accusations of
extremism. That's blackmail, amigo.
In other words, if I'm in a heated argument with my best friend
and somewhere in the vicinity you blurt out "Zack, let's get a beer"
and you get no answer from me, what can you conclude? Nothing.
That would be closer to analagous.

Above. I wish to participate in a thread over the merits of MPJ
first, because I hope to answer the criticisms that make others not
like it. I can address the compromise proposals on my own schedule.
Your schedule is not a demand on me. I deny your attempt to
equate my failure to switch threads with extremism. You cannot
construct duties like that for me.
Reminder: Demanding compromise is an oxymoron.

Ummmmm, what do the words "unique link turn" mean to you? I've
been saying those words for three posts now :)
I may be a moron and totally wrong (wouldn't be the first time),
but I am at least addressing the issue you claim "not on word" has
addressed.
