Hear, hear, Matt!! I'm so glad that someone else is forwarding the idea of
having alternative agents of action. Talking about the US doing things all
the time is so ETHNOCENTRIC and BORING. I would LOVE to spice up debate by
having a different agent of action, like China or Japan. New Disads, new
approaches, and a different perspective all rolled up into one!

Let's get people to accept the idea of a different agent of action first,
and then maybe we can work on the idea of having no resolution...
