this only makes sense IF you know who you will be hitting AND you're
certain they don't do the same thing. main reason it happens some at
ndt is the huge number of A's required b/c of 3 judge panels.

this is partly due to the size of ndt and the lack of regional circuits.
it seems that the size and diversity of ceda changes the nature to a
much better system. it seems that tuna's data would probably be more
useful.
