i assume that you find "incestuousness" to be a bad thing :)
seriously, sub-cultures within a community are a SIGN of diversity. If
the community is homogenous than diversity has been extinguished.

i guess i took your seriously. i hope not too much so. now that i've
said a few of my thoughts i will do my best to sit back and listen/read
and go to the archives and read and try my best to comprehend the
justification for the randomness.
