I apologize to those who volunteered to be available and were not assigned
Monday rounds. Because of the 22-30 strikes per team, regional
constraints, etc., it was our goal to have a pool 2x the number of slots
required on Monday. The computer then randomly constructed panels using
the same constraints that had been used in earlier elims. If we were to
adopt MPJ or Bear's panel seven - strike one or two per team, we would
still want to have 2x the necessary judges available.

If this becomes the will of the community, such a system is compatible
with the computer. I trust that we will have a productive discussion over
the next several months.
