Re: Why non-Ceda can't vote.
I did list them in my Topic Committee Update. They were sent to me as
"information resources" by the NDT Topic Committee. They have been
circulated for Committee use.

You seem to be the heated one. In fact, you have sounded downright bitter
over being disenfranchised by the NDT process and the CEDA process.
There will be no formal merger, nor should there be. The important merger
is the one taking place when we debate against, judge, and encounter each
other.
Are you still saying that non-dues paying schools should vote? It seems to
me that is how this began. If you have changed your mind please say so. If
not, defend that policy. Or your poll tax accusation.
