Re:Latin America

Now that I think about it, big impacts (especially the kind that come 
wrapped in a plutonium package and go boom) encourage good link debate 
also.  If somebody runs a disad or advantage that impacts in jack squat 
then who cares if they win their link, I'm generally going to have 
something to outweigh it.  But, if an aff can blow up the world and the 
negative can blow up the world then it is imperitive that you crush their 
link and win yours.  There is nothing better than a good link v. link 
turn debate and big impacts force the debate to happen.

I wish I could have debated during the Cold War - that's where it was at!!
