Re: topics

I'm in the midst of a nasty paper and thought I'd take time out to throw 
my support in for the recreation topic.  Fall topic is always a little 
bit of a smaller one, and I was brainstorming with some people over cases 
for the rec topic.  Think about it: our favorite stuff could be argued.  
Let's say you decide to run sex as a 1ac.  Think of the disad ground.  
Sure, they're all non-unique, but as far as impacts go. . . Primo!  Or 
consider running shrooms.  Suddenly, it's topical.  And there's always 
the spring topic to redeem us with the thuggery that we all love.  I say 
let's go full bore with recreation and for one topic have all the fun 
we've been wanting to have.
