I don't really agree that this is an optimal rez.  Well, on the first 
level, I don't really support the latin america topic area, but on the 
specific rez level, I don't really think it's a great idea to list 
specific countries.  This goes back to what I had posted RE: 
quantifiers.  take out the section "...one or more..." on to the end and 
replace it with "Latin America"

Just my two cents...
