Re: Student Representatives for CEDA

First, the issue of cost.  CEDA apparently has little money left over to 
fund a student flying to the topic meetings over the summer.  There were 
a number of suggestions as to how we could raise these funds.  This seemed 
to be the primary factor that is keeping it from happening.

Second, the reps. were concerned as to which student would be sent.  The 
suggestion we came up with was to have the reps. vote on who should be sent.

All of this info, along with the rest of things discussed by the student
representatives should be presented by Pam Stepp after she recieves the final
student report from Elliot Roberts, the chair of the reps.
