Latin America

I did debate a few rounds on that topic (and I'm not graduating) and I liked
it. The consensus from people I've talked to is that it was a great topic. 

I also know that the mood is for a foreign policy topic. I know that I would
rather have a more foreign policy oriented topic. Some of the people I have
talked to also seem to agree. That's only my feeling, certainly open for
debate.

Also, currently, there is some consideration of LAFTA (Latin American Free
Trade Agreement) and AFTA (Simply, American) which could provide some
interesting case/disad ground. Maybe even a possible resolution.

Just some random thoughts on the Latin America topic, my favorite.
