Now that...
can't say i saw any particular cases that left me quaking, but if i were
to label a favorite, it would have to be the "Sunken Russian Sub" case
i watched a SFSU open team run. while i am sure better debaters were
able to jump all over it, i was left wondering how on god's green earth
i would even begin to attack it. luckily (?) i had been eliminated in the
previous round, and was able to watch my opponents get their butts kicked.
i guess what i'm asking for here, are specific cases that were powerful by
themselves, not mediocre cases that won rounds based on debater skill. i
mean, sure i lost to the occasional DeSal or OTEC case, but that doesn't
mean they were great cases, just that i was run over by better debaters.
