Searching for sources

I'm a first year high school debate coach.  My first year team is going to
State (next week) and we desperately need information (with sources etc.)
about debate theory.  Specifically, we need info on topicality, solvency,
inherency, significance -- of course, any stock issue info will help.  The
problem is, we know the rules but we have no evidence.  Can you please help
direct us to evidence we can get free?  (Our program is not funded, so we
need to get it as cheaply as possible.)
