Sets initial position and location of the frame, and set up all title bars and menu items, if necessary

Customizes the sizes of the table's columns and the actual table size parameters

Parameters:

table - the table whose columns and size need to be adjusted

preparePanels

Prepares all panels and populates them with display features required

prepareProgress

private void prepareProgress()

Create the popup box that will tell the user how long until the download / update is complete and will give textual information as to what the progress is currently doing.

addPanels

Add the configured panels to the main frame

changeDownloadPercent

private void changeDownloadPercent(int percent)

Update the percentage of the download that has completed as text displayed on the popup box

Parameters:

percent - the new percentage of the download process that has completed

addDownloadText

private void addDownloadText(java.lang.String text)

Add a new line of text to the popup box.

The new line of text is the return status of an attempt to contact a web page to get content. If the connection fails, the message displayed will be included in the message written. Messages will consist of "STOCK_TICKER COMPANY_NAME RETURN_STATUS" for consistency.

Parameters:

text - the new text to write to the text box
