We don't seem to have a solid group structure, sticking more to anarchism. peacefully.
So far it seems that Jason is the one with the clearest idea of what the final project should look like, but other than that no clear roles have emerged and we don't see the need to force this -- we feel that if the need for this arises we will naturally emerge as leaders/code monkeys/documentation goons/overseers etc.
