The speeds do not include stops (for traffic, water, etc.). Longest training
ride: 76 local miles at 13 mph, elapsed time 7.25 hours.
Fastest training ride: 30 local miles at 14.5 mph.
WE DID IT - The Seagull Century was my longest and fastest ride:
100 miles at 15.4 mph in 8 hours and 18
minutes elapsed time!
