Running Bio
I'm a grad student with a running problem. In 2010, I ran 6 marathons and a 50 mile & a 60K ultramarathon. Streets of Baltimore are my favorite place to run where I've clocked more than 2000 miles since Jan 2010.
I'm a fan of Lydiard style training -- you become good only by relentless self-controlled effort -- and actively resist any kind of cookie cutter training plan. Although I take my next race seriously, my goal is a lifetime of running -- something Arthur Lydiard would approve.

Moveable Feast is a 501(c) (3) charitable nutritional support organization that prepares and delivers meals and groceries at no charge to people and their families throughout greater Baltimore and Maryland's Eastern Shore who are in need and living with HIV/AIDS and other life-challenging conditions.
