This project focused on analyzing contrast enhancement curves from a region of interest in MR time-series perfusion studies. The study was to automate the analysis of the health of the heart. The analysis was performed using the dual-bolus technique where two infusions for contrast agent were administered. To calculate the flow in the myocardium a number of key time points along the contrast enhancement curves were required to be selected. The process of the key time point selection was automated utilizing signal analysis.
