NEWS PAGE July 4, 2008: Arrived back to Baltimore and into our new lab space. May 31, 2008: Keeping up with the running by signing up for the See Jane Run half marathon and doing Bay to Breakers! January 2008: I was elected as the chair of the Students Activities Committee to serve on the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) Administrative Committee for a two year term. What a huge honor and I hope I can do a great job representing the students in robotics. I'm really thrilled since this will be a great chance to meet some of those famous roboticists and see where the future of the field is going. (For more information regarding the RAS committee, please visit http://www.ieee-ras.org/people/adcom.php). January 1, 2008: Spending the next six months out at Stanford in California with Dr. Hager! It'll be great to be back in Silicon Valley. Heading to MMVR (Long Beach) end of this month and ICRA (Pasadena) in May. October 13, 2007: Grand opening of the Decker Building. Running in the Baltimore half marathon to raise awareness for osteoporosis that morning.
