1. Advising Worksheet (worksheet for student/advisor planning. Completed form will be used to verify final degree completion requirements)

Concurrent Students

Concurrent students are eligible for a 50% tuition waiver if they have completed 8 semesters at JHU.

Change of Classification form for concurrent students - To be completed by student and taken to Graduate Coordinator when student has completed 8 semesters.
