CS hosts a number of lectures and seminars throughout the semester, bringing in prominent researchers from universities around the country. These lectures are open to everyone. We also encourage students to attend lectures offered by the Johns Hopkins Information Security Institute, featuring speakers from industry, government, and other universities. In addition, lectures in the field of robotics are offered throughout the year that may be of interest to students (http://www.robotics.jhu.edu).
